When I walked into the rooms in Saturday morning and saw Pat and Alison I instantly relaxed. The lectures were interspersed with real life events of resuscitations (no personal information of course) which made points in the lectures relatable. Pat and Alison were approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, non judgemental and very encouraging. This made the day of learning less stressful and made achieving a pass for the course a positive learning environment. Thank you so much Pat and Alison, you are both shining stars.
