An excellent course which contained wonderful and relevant content and gave participants plenty of opportunity to practice skills. I finished more confident in my knowledge and skills than when I started. Our facilitator helped me to overcome my weaknesses whilst complimenting my strengths. I found her presence reassuring and encouraging. I liked being part of a group engaged in learning together
